By using the serpwell app or this website, you agree to these terms.

Using serpwell

• Use the app only for lawful purposes, and only crawl or analyse websites you are allowed to.
• Respect the terms of the services you connect, such as Google, DataForSEO and your AI provider. You are responsible for your own accounts and keys with those services and for any costs they charge.
• Only connect Google accounts and properties that you own or are authorised to use.

Your data

Your data belongs to you. The app keeps it on your Mac and in the backup location you choose, as described in the privacy policy. Keeping your own backups is your responsibility.

No guarantees

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Audit results, fix suggestions, AI suggestions and keyword data are guidance, not guarantees of search rankings or traffic. Check important findings before acting on them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the makers of serpwell are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, revenue or rankings, that comes from using the app.

Changes

These terms may change. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date, and continuing to use serpwell means you accept it.
